www.picczees.com will gladly exchange or refund any non-sale item within 30 days of purchase. If you would like to return the product or exchange the product for other merchandise, simply follow the steps below to return the item and place a new order on the site for what you'd like instead.
Step 1: Email us at info@picczees.com if you are interested in returning merchandise.
Step 2: We will provide you with a Return Authorization number to write on the outside of the box.
Returned packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Refunds will be processed when the item(s) are received. Refunds will be given for the price indicated on your original order. Note that it may take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to complete the processing of returns (i.e. you send us back the package, we credit your card, your credit card company reflects your credit, etc.).If you didn't actually make the purchase (say, you received a gift) and would like to return it, we'll issue you credit toward your next visit with us!
