Michele Zuzalek, the founder of Picczees, started developing her product when she became a patient of Dr. Mukul Gupta at Sansum Medical Foundation Clinic and at Cottage Hospital in Santa Barbara, California. Michele's inspiration not only comes from her cancer treatment but also from her experience as a Graphic Designer/Artist. She wanted to create a cover-up garment for patients that would conceal the catheter in a fashionable way and that would also help to build their self-esteem.
Michele Zuzalek is dedicated to giving back to her hometown community and to Cancer Awareness.
